City (Tour 1)
A morning walking tour of Krakow, visiting the Old Town with its amazing Old Market Square, Drapers Hall and St Mary's Church, with its famous Wit Stwosz Altar. We visit Wawel Castle, former residence of Kings.
Osziecim (Auschwitz) (Tour 2)
Depart in the morning for a tour to Auschwitz, the largest Nazi concentration camp where approximately 1.5 million people lost their lives. A martyrdom museum was set up in 1947 and in 1979 UNESCO included Auschwitz on the list of world heritage sites.
Wieliczka (Tour 3)
Afternoon departure for a tour to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. One of the oldest salt mines in Europe. It was placed by UNESCO in 1978 (beside Krakow) on the list of the twelve most priceless monuments of the world. The 4.5 kilometre route leads through galleries and chambers on three mining levels. See the 18th and 19th century chapels carved out of salt.
Traces of Jewish Culture (Tour 4)
Morning departure for Kazimierz in the south-east district of Krakow. The historical centre of Krakow's Jewish religious and social life was incorporated in Krakow in the 18th century.
The Old Synagogue (15th centuary) is the oldest example of Jewish religious architecture in Poland. Restored after the war it now contains the Jediac Department of the Historical Museum.
The Remuh Synagogue and the Remuh Cemetery are among the most precious monuments of the Jewish culture in Krakow. Note: On the first Saturday and Sunday of the month, the Old Synagogue is closed.
Folklore Dinner Dance & Music (Tour 5)
An Old Polish style dinner with folk show in an "Art Club" restaurant in Krakow. The evening starts with a traditional Polish welcome with bread and salt.
